The work matters.

So does how it's managed.

A defined scope, organised attendance and a clear record of the work.

01

Understand the site.

We discuss the work, priorities, access arrangements and site requirements. For contracts, we also review locations, expected volumes and the level of service required.

03

Carry out the work.

We work to the agreed scope. If the situation changes or more work is required, we explain it and seek approval before proceeding with additional work.

02

Agree on the scope and attendance.

Pricing, work orders, purchase orders and approval requirements are clarified before scheduling. Where interruptions are needed, access and timing are discussed with the site contact.

04

Close out the job.

Testing and documentation follow the work performed. Reporting requirements are agreed at the outset so the completed job information is useful to the people managing the property.

Managed through Simpro.

We use Simpro for job management and record keeping, so information stays connected to the job.

Commercial customers can ask about customer portal access for job information and records.

Tell us what you need from work orders, reporting and invoicing so we can confirm the arrangements.
