Terms and Conditions for 5% Off Promotional Offer

1. Eligibility
This promotional offer is available only to new customers or clients who present the flyer or proof of membership with one of our sponsees at the time of booking or purchase. The offer is only valid for our residential customers and cannot be applied to previous orders or bookings.

2. Validity Period
This offer is valid from 01/08/2024 to 31/12/2025. All bookings or purchases must be completed within this period to qualify for the discount.

3. Discount Details
The discount is 5% off the total cost of all electrical work (excluding call out fee) before any applicable taxes and fees.
The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.

4. Redemption
To redeem this offer, the flyer must be presented to a member of staff on site (your address) or proof of membership shown to staff before the invoice has been generated at the end of your job. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to previous purchases.

5. Restrictions

This offer is limited to one use per customer.
Certain exclusions may apply. Please consult with our representative at the time of booking.
This offer is not valid for third-party services.

6. Cancellation and Refunds
In the event of cancellation or refund, the discount will be void, and the full amount will be applied as per our standard pricing terms.

7. Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on our website or communicated directly to customers.

9. Governing Law
This offer and its terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes arising under this offer will be subject to the jurisdiction of Western Australia.

By participating in this promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Fan Giveaway

  1. Promoter

    The promoter of this giveaway is Watts On Electrical, based Perth, Australia ("the Promoter").
     

  2. Eligibility

    2.1. The giveaway is open to residents of Perth, Western Australia, aged 18 years or older.
    2.2. Employees of Watts On Electrical, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected to this promotion are not eligible to enter.
     

  3. Entry Period

    The giveaway opens on 25/12/2024 and closes at 11:59 PM AWST on 25/01/2024. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
     

  4. How to Enter

    4.1 To enter, participants must:

    • Follow Watts On Electrical on Facebook and/or Instagram 

    • Like the giveaway post.

    • Share the giveaway post.

    • Tag 1 friend in the comments section of the giveaway post.
      b. Only one entry per person, per social media platform will be counted for a maximum of 2 x entries.
       

  5. Prize

    5.1. The prize consists of one ceiling fan without light (Ventair Skyfan - SKY1203WH), including installation of 1 x single gang switch (Clipsal Classic 2000) on an external cavity wall if required by Watts On Electrical.
    5.2. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products/services.
    5.3. Installation is limited to a single location within 40km radius of Perth City WA 6000.
    d. The winner must provide safe and compliant access to the property for installation.
     

  6. Winner Selection

    6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
    6.2. The winner will be notified via Facebook or Instagram within 7 days of the giveaway closing date.
    6.3. If the winner does not respond within 3 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
     

  7. Installation Conditions

    7.1. The prize covers standard fan installation only. Any additional electrical work not specified in section 5 or upgrades required to comply with safety standards will be quoted separately and must be paid for by the winner.

    7.2. The Promoter reserves the right to decline installation if the site is deemed unsafe or non-compliant with Australian standards and the prize winner will be redrawn.
     

  8. General Conditions

    8.1. By entering, participants agree to the use of their name and/or image in promotional material related to this giveaway.
    8.2. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice.
    8.3. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical errors or failures that prevent entry into the giveaway.
    8.4. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Ventair or any social media platform.
     

  9. Privacy

    Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
